| I know how important it is to keep business plans, especially the sale of a business, confidential until the deal is done. When I list your business for sale I will only display information needed to qualify the potential buyer(s). When I'm working with an interested buyer and we reach the point where I must reveal more specifics about your particular business, I will then have the buyer sign an NDA agreement (Non Disclosure Agreement). This ensures confidentiality of the deal until it is completed. |
